Jacob Greuel, MD, MBA

Dr Greuel has extensive experience from the clinic to the delivery suite, nursery, adult and pediatric hospital wards, ICU, and operating room. He is grateful to have provided care for over 3000 pregnancies since he began his obstetrics fellowship in 2014. He feels honored to have taught both nationally and internationally on whole person (body-mind-spirit) health care.  He has co-authored journal articles on topics ranging from asthma to behavioral health to complicated pregnancies. Dr. Greuel and his wife Sandy feel called to revolutionize family medicine in Tulsa by bringing the personalized and patient centered experience of Reimagined Health to growing families throughout the Tulsa area.

Dr. Monigold grew up in Broken Arrow, OK and received both her bachelor’s degree and medical doctorate from the University of Oklahoma. She returned to Tulsa to complete her residency training at In His Image Family Medicine Residency, where she served as chief resident. Now, Dr. Monigold is excited to join the team at Reimagined Health where she plans to practice patient-centered, holistic primary care. She is equipped with comprehensive training in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions across all age groups. She is dedicated to preventive health care and pursuing long term patient relationships. She is passionate about whole-person care and looks forward to helping patients achieve their healthiest self by addressing the mind, body, and spirit.

Mackenzie Monigold, MD

Dr. Sauser grew up in McAlester, OK and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Oklahoma, attended medical school at Oklahoma State University, and finished residency at In His Image Family Medicine Residency. She is passionate about direct primary care and is committed to providing personalized care empowering patients to achieve their health goals. With an emphasis on preventative care she will work closely with patients to create healthy lifestyle plans including balanced nutrition, exercise, and stress management. She loves to help patients find practical, sustainable ways to lead healthier lives. Additionally, she incorporates osteopathic manipulative therapy into her practice allowing her to integrate a variety techniques to promote health. Outside of the office she loves spending time outdoors with her four daughters- hiking and exploring nature together. Her faith plays a vital role guiding her practice and inspiring her to build meaningful connections with patients. She looks forward to working together to create a path for better health in a supportive and compassionate environment.

Kaitlin Sauser, DO

Sandy Greuel grew up in South Alabama and earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Troy University. Sandy's nursing career began as a traveling ICU (intensive care unit) nurse. While working as a traveling nurse, Sandy met her future husband, Dr. Jacob Greuel, in Denver, Colorado. Sandy later quit nursing to juggle her roles as a mother, wife, and homeschool teacher to their four sons. But with the Greuel brothers now attending Metro Christian Academy, Sandy is excited to serve alongside her husband at Reimagined Health. In her spare time, Sandy enjoys spending quality time with her family, playing tennis, hanging out with friends, and actively participating in church activities and Bible studies. Sandy is committed to providing patients at Reimagined Health with a warm, welcoming experience, making them feel at home.

Sandy Greuel, BSN

Dr. Condie grew up in Northern Pakistan as the son of missionary doctors. He completed his undergraduate degree at UC Irvine, attended medical school at the University of Southern California, and finished residency at In His Image Family Medicine Residency in Tulsa. He is passionate about direct primary care and is committed to providing personalized care that restores the relationship between physician and patient. He is particularly driven to serve small businesses and individuals who find traditional insurance-based care too expensive, guaranteeing that high costs never stand in the way of receiving medical treatment. With 10 years in hospitals, clinics, and as a hospice medical director, he emphasizes a compassionate, comprehensive approach to health and wellness. He works closely with patients to create practical and sustainable health plans that prioritize their long-term goals and quality of life. Outside the office, he loves spending time with his wife, Stacy, and their two daughters—often woodworking, cutting trails, or hiking. His faith plays a central role in his life, inspiring him to build meaningful connections and serve his patients with a mission-minded heart. He looks forward to working together to provide high-quality, supportive care in an accessible and compassionate environment.
